These curved "fruit pruners" are the absolute best for any light pruning job. I like the smaller blades because I can get them into dense, tricky areas without damaging the surrounding plant parts. They are small, sharp and the curved design makes it easy and safe to carry in your pocket. The orange handle makes them hard to lose (although I've done it). I have a pair at home and in my nursery.
