In my search for the perfect pruning saw, arborist friend John, suggested I check out Fanno Saw Works. This one is a good substitute or addition to the Felco 600. They are very similar. The Fanno-Tri-Edge folding saw can easily be pocketed for pruning, small limb gardening, camping and even some home projects. It's a tri-edge which means that its blade is replaceable. The tri-edge tooth is said to be "aggressive". It is easy to use...cuts like "buttah".
