This is my new favorite kitchen tool…I think I just like to say “spurtle”. As Scottish as a kilt it’s used to stir oats, scramble eggs and mix batters. It’s wooden and won’t scratch temperamental pots. It’s about a foot long and if you give it as a gift you get to say, “spurtle” again.
